AIBoomi Startup Weekend, Kochi | 5th Edition Oct 23-24 | In-person AI product buildathon. Come with an idea. Build it from scratch. Walk out with a working AI MVP.
AIBoomi Startup Weekend is a 20-hour overnight buildathon for aspiring and early-stage founders, builders and makers who want to turn a sharp idea into something real. You'll build alongside a curated room of peers, with founders and mentors on the floor to help you sharpen the problem, challenge your thinking and move from idea to execution.
This is a buildathon with an AIBoomi lens: founder mindset, real execution and practical feedback. Real problems. Sharp ideas. Shipped builds.
Who is this for? Aspiring and very early-stage AI founders taking their first steps; product and tech folks exploring AI; indie builders; domain experts looking to solve real-world problems with AI; students with a strong maker or founder mindset. You don't need to be an AI expert. A bias for action and the willingness to figure things out are enough.
What you get: $100 OpenAI API credits + $100 Neysa infra credits per participant; a $17,500 OpenAI API credit pool for the top 3 teams; top 3 teams featured on Neysa's AI podcast; 4 weeks of post-Weekend mentor office hours for the top 5-7 teams; mentors on the floor throughout the build; an eminent jury evaluating for real-world utility and fundability; a community of fellow founders and builders to keep learning with; complimentary passes to AIBoomi's flagship event in Bengaluru (Mar 2027) for the top 3 teams.
Format: in person, Kochi. 20-hour overnight buildathon. Participate solo or as a duo (max. 2 people). Free to participate, with curation-based entry. Build from scratch based on your submitted and approved idea.
AIBoomi is a SaaSBoomi community. AIBoomi Startup Weekend is focused on nurturing the founder mindset in India's AI product builders and helping more of them take the leap from sharp ideas to products, and eventually, companies that matter.
